In addition to her scientific education, her contribution for Aliyah and her artistic hobbies, Lena also operated in the mass media field: She published, in Israel, two newspapers in Russian - "Sheva" and "Makor", understanding the importance of conveying Israeli information and culture to the new immigrants.
